After a forced break of more than a year and a half, the trade show season kicks off, starting with Cibus, the International Food Exhibition, this year celebrating its 20th edition.
Around three thousand Italian companies will be present in Parma, hosting the first international showcase for the food&beverage sector after a long hiatus.
This year we’ve decided to focus on our Artisan product line, that includes pulse flours, grains, and cornmeals targeted to the needs of restaurant and food service professionals.
We will be introducing the new 250 gr packages of flour and 350 gr packages of cornmeal, both for large scale distribution channels and retail, allowing everyone the opportunity to experiment with our ingredients directly at home.
For the entire exhibition our stand will be a large kitchen: original recipes, fresh pulse pastas and many other delicious bakery products will be prepared, thanks to the creativity and skills of our Chefs.
