After the protracted stop due to the pandemic, a month of October full of events awaits us, starting from ANUGA, from 9 to 13 October, the most important Cologne’s food and beverage trade exhibition, then coming back to Italy with TUTTO FOOD, from 22 to 26 October, the reference B2B exhibition for the entire global agro-food ecosystem.
These are national and international leading events for all producers and distributors of the food and beverage chain, central for the development of the entire sector. Appointments that we certainly could not miss!
At Anuga, we will be presenting, among other innovations, our new Meat Substitute Mixes, innovative plant-based blends ideal for meat alternatives and specifically designed to meet the new demands of the food industry. Thanks to our know-how and many years of experience in the processing of pulses and the production of gluten-free, allergen-free and Gmo-free flours, we created a versatile and completely innovative ingredient for products that meet the tastes of even the most demanding consumer.
At TUTTOFOOD will will give space to our ARTISAN product line, designed for catering and food service professionals and consisting of pulses flours, polenta flours and pulses grains, ideal for making pasta, bakery, soups, creams and much more. We will also be presenting our new range of flours and polenta for the large-scale distribution channels and intended to give everyone the chance to experiment with our ingredients at home.
But that’s not all! For an even more complete experience, this year TUTTOFOOD will also be co-located with MEAT-TECH, the event dedicated to technologies for meat processing and ready meals.
