Lots of new products and encouraging numbers in Cologne.
The 2021 edition of Anuga came to a close today at Cologne’s Koelnmesse. The event was the first major international trade show for the Food&Beverage sector after the long hiatus caused by the Covid-19 emergency.
It was a pleasure to meet suppliers and operators from all over the world in person once again, in an edition that was encouraging not only in terms of the number of visitors and exhibitors in attendance, but also for the attention it drew.
‘Taste the Future’ was the theme chosen for this exhibition, the undisputed protagonists of which were plant-based products. For us it was the perfect occasion to present our Meat Substitute Mixes and M-Nat flours, ingredients designed to provide the food industry with innovative, all natural, vegetable-based, and clean label solutions.
Over these five days many visitors stopped by our stand to ask us questions and to get to know our products. We were very happy to discover such interest in the world of meat-analogue sustainable alternatives that are healthy and nutritious as well as, obviously, delicious.
