This was our second Italian trade show so far in 2021: after CIBUS last month we recently attended TUTTOFOOD, a B2B event focused on the entire food and agricultural ecosystem.
Visitors from all over Italy and abroad gathered at Fiera di Milano to learn about new products and developments in the food industry and to celebrate, in person, a return to normal activities after the long forced hiatus.
Five full days of meetings with retailers and distributors. But above all, it was the chance for us to present our Artisan products, thanks to the delicious tastings prepared by our chef, Fabrizio Barontini: deli food made with yellow, white, and black corn meal and dishes prepared with fresh legume pasta.
Our products were present at MEAT-TECH as well, a concurrent event to TUTTOFOOD focused on the latest technologies and solutions for the meat, cured meat, and ready-made meals sector.
Highlight of our stand? Meat Substitute Mixes, dry plant-based mixes made with pulses for the meat analogue segment. Tastings of our veggie burgers were extremely popular, confirming the high quality and attractiveness of the product.
The overall experience has been greatly productive and satisfying for us, and confirmed our commitment to continue working on the development of healthy, delicious, and innovative ingredients.
