Enormous satisfaction for the acknowledgment in the Clean Label & Natural Innovation category!

After our recent participation in FREE FROM FOOD in Amsterdam, this week we have been in Frankfurt for FOOD INGREDIENTS EUROPE, the most important food ingredients exhibition in the world.

The event began with excellent news: our ragout sauce mixes, from the Meat Substitute Mix line, were selected as one of the best plant-based products of the year, making it to the finals for the Clean Label & Natural Innovation Award.

For us this acknowledgement is worth as much as first prize, filling us with satisfaction for all of the work that the MartinoRossi team has done in recent years in order to create such a versatile and nutritious clean-label and ready-to-use product.

A solution that was conceived to assist producers who, with our Meat Substitute Mixes, can both save money and speed up processes, adding only tomato sauce and flavoring (in the case of ragout sauce) or water and oil (in the case of burgers, sausages, and “meat” balls) to the mixture, ultimately creating delicious and healthy specialties that provide an alternative to meat and soy.

But our stand didn’t only feature the new mixes: to the numerous and enthusiastic public, made up of industry experts and curious attendees, we also presented our range of cereal and pulse flours, as well as our new M-NAT flours, offering delicious samples prepared, as always, with our products.
