MARTINOROSSI’S NEW BAGGING DEPARTMENT IS UP AND RUNNING

GREATER PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY AND OPTIMIZED PROCESSES THANKS TO THE NEW 4.0 UNIT.

After months of work, the new section dedicated to the packaging of our products has finally been completed. An entirely new department that’s part of a 4.0 investment plant aimed at continuously improving production.

In addition to two bagging lines that have already been operative for several months, the system – designed for the packaging of flours, semi-processed products and functional ingredients – now includes three new lines: 20 kg bags, big bags, and 250 g / 1 kg sacks.

With the new department we now have a total of five lines, which allow us to increase productivity and to handle all operations automatically and in total safety, eliminating any and all risk of contamination.

Another step forward in the optimization of production processes, which translates into a series of important benefits in terms of quality, safety, and reliability for those who choose our products.
