MartinoRossi SpA has two plants in Italy, one in Lombardy and one in Tuscany, for the production of gluten free cereals and legumes with no allergens. It also operates through the HunZea Supply Chain Zrt, its twin company in Hungary, with a storage facility for Gluten-Free cereals. In 2018 MartinoRossi America Inc., and its distribution platform were also established.
The company can rely on internal storage for all raw materials in the supply chains. When harvested, all cereals and pulses coming from the fields are immediately sampled.
After a thorough analysis process (humidity, mycotoxins etc), if fitting, they are sent for the following phases of cleaning and drying, according to a specific process for gluten free cereals and pulses, with no allergens and no GMOs.
Our state-of-the-art refining facilities are able to work on any particle sizes to ensure customers satisfaction. The Heat-Treatment equipments enhance the potential of Gluten Free Flours. A sophisticated mixing plant allows the creation of different mixes for different types of flours. Thanks to these processing plants, we can produce flours, semi-finished products and functional gluten free ingredients to meet our customers’ needs.
