CEREALS FLOURS

We produce many Gluten Free Cereals flours, both conventional and organic. 

In addition we have the possibility of having both native and heat-treated, depending on the uses that our customers need it for,
whose can be: Pasta, Bakery, Polenta, Snacks, Pellets, Puffed Cakes.

In our Gluten Free Cereal flours range we have yellow and white corn, white and whole rice, millet, buckwheat, sorghum, quinoa and amaranth.

CEREALS GRITS

Corn Grits are produced by grinding the caryopsis of decorticated and degerminated yellow corn kernels. A wide range of granulations allows them to be used for producing cornakes, corn cakes and snack.
