We produce many Gluten Free Cereals flours, both conventional and organic. 

In addition we have the possibility of having both native and heat-treated, depending on the uses that our customers want,
whose can be: Pasta, Bakery, Polenta, Snacks, Pellets, Puffed Cakes

In our Gluten Free Cereal flours range we have yellow and white corn, white and whole rice, millet, buckwheat, sorghum, quinoa and amaranth.
