Pulses are an increasing trend in the market: they are are sustainable, Gluten Free, high in proteins and rich in dietary fibers. Therefore, pulses are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, sportsmen and everyone who want to lead a healthy lifestyle.

 

In addition, for these healthy and sustainable reasons, FAO declared the 2016 the International Year of Pulses, even because introducing pulses in the crop rotation can increase the resilience to climate change.

We produce flours that can be native or heat-treated. Our heat-treatment improves the functionality of our pulses flours, increasing elasticity, water absorption and shelf life.
