For this reason, years ago we started a parallel business on our own farm, where we test new techniques and new tools to obtain sustainable products, with the aim of extending them as soon as possible to all other companies in our supply chains.
Here we experimented with sub-irrigation, a method that allows to save up to 80% of water and to halve the use of plant protection products, as well as to reduce the need to plow and the consequent release of CO2 into the atmosphere.
Always here we use innovative techniques for cultivation, including the fight against parasites through the use of drones, introducing antagonistic species to fight and without the use of chemicals harmful to air, water and soil.
Furthermore, we started an important collaboration with a non-profit organization in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (Colombia), aimed at making a concrete contribution to the reforestation of the Amazon Rainforest, the green lung of our planet. The objective of the project is to offset the CO 2 emissions made by vehicles leaving MartinoRossi during their products delivery activity, planting over 10.000 plants per year.
By applying science and technology to our work we can do a lot to protect the wealth and biodiversity of our territory, for the benefit of the entire planet and all its inhabitants.

The Code of Ethics and the values it contains must be the reference point in the management of relations, both internal and external.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to D.Lgs 231/2001 adopted by MartinoRossi. The Model is interactive with thequality management system, with the control and safety management system, with the Privacy system and represents a valid tool to raise awareness so that correct behaviour is adopted and an effective means of prevention against the risk of committing the offences provided for by the Decree.
WHISTLEBLOWING MANAGEMENT
MartinoRossi SpA adopts a process for receiving, analysing and processing whistleblowing reports concerning the Company sent by Third Parties or Persons of MartinoRossi SpA. The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws (so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”). The whistleblowing management process is an integral part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 of MartinoRossi SpA.
For the sending and management of reports MartinoRossi SpA implements a dedicated computer platform, which is the preferred channel for sending reports. The internal reporting channel is managed by a Manager appointed by the company, which being external to MartinoRossi SpA is independent and guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, of the person involved and of anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report itself. Following a report any form of retaliation against the person who is the author of it is not allowed.
